This place suits me perfectly! It provides wi-fi, luggage storage, and 24-hour reception. The staff was incredibly kind and assisted my old parents during our first stay. I recommend trying their welcome drink. I'll be back for Easter!

i was so close to giving this hotel a good review, but then i remembered the tiny room and the overpriced breakfast, which should at least come with complimentary tea. the final straw was not receiving any complimentary items after having to change rooms. what a letdown, truly. so disappointing in every way.

I had a great experience during my stay. The valet parking was a relief in the city center. I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff—everyone spoke excellent English. Dining options nearby were plentiful. Tip, ensure to check for access codes for the street when arriving.

my stay at the premier collection was fantastic! the staff was so welcoming and attentive. our prestige king room had all the essentials, including coffee and snacks. the breakfast was amazing, and the location was perfect, close to the old quarter with great restaurants nearby.

the entry to the hotel is confusing, and we struggled to find the reception. but the staff was perfectly friendly, and the room had great blackout drapes. everything was clean and spacious, which was relaxing after a long day. breakfast was also excellent, with a good variety available.
